Welcome to Lake Life

Sands of Brookhurst is a small community of lakefront and lake access homes, each having deeded rights to a natural sandy beach on Lake Winnipesaukee. Many of the homes in the subdivision have deeded boat docks. The community’s location is outstanding in that it is located in between the towns of Center Harbor and Meredith, just off Route 25 making trips to restaurants and stores a breeze.
