Wolfeboro Students (7-12) attend Kingswood Regional High School and adjacent  Middle School. There are two elementary schools in town, Carpenter and Crescent Lake (K-6). As part of the Governor Wentworth Regional School District, students from five additional towns attend these schools.

Conveniently located near downtown is Huggins Hospital, a non-profit hospital that serves Wolfeboro and surrounding communities.
